Philosophy

At Kiddy Place, we view children as being competent, capable, curious and rich in potential. This is evident in our program, in our classroom and through our staff. Our program is designed to promote the four foundations of Belonging, Engagement, Expression and Well-Being set forth by the Ministry of Education.

At Kiddy Place Childcare Centre, we encourage learning through play and strive to deliver stimulating learning experiences in a safe environment that enhances a child's artistic, physical, emotional and intellectual development. We feel it is important that the children have the chance to explore and be creative through various activities.

We know that children flourish in all areas of development when in a supportive, caring and responsive relationships with adults whose focus is on the health, safety, and well-being of all children.

The environment at Kiddy Place Childcare is a positive and welcoming place; here at our centre we want the children to feel at home. We strongly believe that when children feel safe and secure in their environment, this is when they are able to flourish.

Hours of Operation

Kiddy Place Childcare Centre operates Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
