Dear Parents;
Like you, I was once seeking and researching a lot of daycares in the area in order to choose the best one for my son.
When that time came for me to go back to work and to leave my son with "someone" for over 8 hours a day I wanted to make sure that that someone would be trustworthy and competent enough to meet all my son’s needs. My husband and I did a lot of research on daycares in the area based on their location, experience of staff, curriculum, food choices and expenses.
We knew that we didn’t want a home based daycare because we wanted more for our son than just a sitter to watch him while we were at work. Therefore our first choice was a very high standard educational program daycare with staff that had a lot of years of experience educating young children. Unfortunately, after only a few weeks we noticed that something vital was missing from that environment - the actual CARE part of daycare. Our son was not being cared for in a loving matter that all toddlers need. Sure he was educated and looked after but not cared for.
So it was back to daycare research for my husband and myself. Fortunately for us we found Kiddy Place. They allowed us to observe the way they worked with the children and allowed us to help our son adjust to his new environment.
Their friendly and loving staff provided our son with a stable, educational and playful setting that made him grow and develop into a smart, confident and friendly young man ready for school. It provided us with a peace of mind that our son was in excellent hands while we were away working.
Our son loves Kiddy Place and all the staff members there. They are more than teachers or educators to him, they are his family. He talks about his day with smiles and enthusiasm and looks forward to being there. He was enrolled in Kiddy Place at 16 months and is now almost 6 years old and treats Kiddy Place as his second home.
No parent could ask for more.

I can’t believe it has been almost 7 years since we first joined Kiddy Place.
From the age of 18 month when Julian first joined, then Antonio and now Daniel, we have been so happy with the genuine care and love you have provided. The teachers have greatly enhanced their learning and enriched their lives thru lots of fun. The boys are treated with respect and kindness which in turn is reflected in their actions.
You have exceeded our expectations tenfold. We are so happy to have found Kiddy Place to care for our boys. I don’t think we could have made a better choice.

We enrolled our daughter in daycare as an infant, and at the age of two we moved houses and decided to search for child care closer to home.
Having to make new friends and adapt to various changes can be difficult for a child. We would recommend Kiddy Place to parents without hesitation, whether you are looking for a change, or if this is a new experience for your family.
From her first day at Kiddy Place, she was welcomed by all the children and staff, with very little disruption to her routine. We as parents know, you don’t mess with the routine ! I was worried about the transition, but the staff members at Kiddy Place made it seamless for all of us.
Now that she is almost four, we have decided to enrol her in the JK program at Kiddy Place. We are confident that she will continue to learn and grow, as she is encouraged to achieve her very best. Most importantly, we know that she will be happy.

Dear Pina, Rose and Kiddy Place Staff,
It’s hard to believe that almost 6 years have past since we first walked into Kiddy Place for Daniel’s first hour-long trial -run in the toddler room. Since then both Daniel and Jessica have been cared for and taught by many caring, nurturing teachers and assistants for which they have many happy memories. Never once did I worry what they would eat (thanks for the recipe’s Rose!), whether they would learn or be cared for properly on any given day. The consistent care throughout their years at Kiddy Place manifested in a sense of ease and comfort for both of them as well as for my husband and I.
We have so much to thank-you all for, the most important of which is providing a safe, loving, nurturing environment for our most treasured assets. We wish you the best both personally and professionally.

The variety of educational and fun activities at Kiddy Place are great, but what I like best is the nurturing my son receives from the staff. He is greeted with smiles and hugs everyday. I credit them for teaching him social skills and preparing him for kindergarten.
This is what has kept him there for the past 2 1\2 years. It is a place where the safety and happiness of children is # 1 priority. I would highly recommend Kiddy Place for anyone looking for a great daycare where you can leave your child and know they will be well cared for.

Kiddy Place Childcare Centre is a family run establishment. Our children have been enrolled at Kiddy Place since 2004. We are very happy with the centre. They provide nutritional meals, well organized activities. The Staff is conscious of all health issues and wellness. They are friendly and have the children’s needs as their main focus.

It seems like yesterday, and not three years ago, that I nervously walked through the doors of Kiddy Place to conduct my own investigation about daycare centres. I met with the Director - Pina Olsson and she explained the schedules, nutritious meal plans and safety issues. Wanting my decision to be an educated one, I explored a couple other daycares but there was something so warm and safe about Kiddy Place, I knew deep down inside that my decision was already made.
The first day of taking my two year daughter on her first day was a difficult one...More for myself than for my daughter, and if I remember correctly, I was the one that cried!
Fast forward three years later, and the same warm and safe feeling exists with me, at Kiddy Place. The staff is informative as to daily events and also keeps me apprised as to how my daughter's day has progressed.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kiddy Place to other parents. The fact that my daughter loves to go to daycare is reassuring in knowing that she is attended to in every aspect.
This will be our last year with Kiddy Place as my daughter will be going to school full time next year and I think when that time comes, I might shed a tear again, but it will be because of leaving the Kiddy Place family!
